Seller is a Large, Regional Bank located in the South East United States. The loans were originated via internal production as well as correspondent relationships. The GWAC of this pool is 3.7%, there is a variance from 2% to 7% based upon program type. They are typically 2012-13 Originated loans. Loans are insured as appropriate.
