Client Support Portal
MIAC’s Client Support Portal (CSP) is a self-service tool that allows us to streamline the support process. The portal provides an efficient and effective way to offer support to our clients and to monitor client requests. The benefits of using the CSP are compelling – you’ll be able to monitor and search your tickets, re-reference Support responses, and self-serve by searching a Knowledge Base of articles, application tips and FAQs.
Asset Forum is MIAC’s resource center for clients to access user manuals, software release notes, monthly data downloads, and other training materials.
